Hibob HRMS Integration

Overview

Spendflo facilitates a smooth integration with Hibob, a widely used HR management system, enabling you to optimize your employee data management and elevate your SaaS management efficiency. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for integrating Spendflo with Hibob:-

Steps to Integration

1. Open Spendflo Integrations page

Log into your Spendflo account and navigate to the Spendflo Integrations page from Settings → Platform Settings → Integrations → HRMS

2. Locate HiBob

Locate "HiBob" in the HRMS category. Click Connect.

3. Authentication

It is recommended to choose API Key Authentication method.

4. Provide Credentials

Enter your Hibob Service User Account Information. Here is a link which will help you with detailed instructions to find the credentials. Once you have entered the credentials, click "Submit"

5. Continue and Review Permissions

Review permissions displayed on the modal. Ensure that everything is integrated properly, then click "Connect."

6. Successful Connection

Once done, Hibob will successfully be integrated with Spendflo. A success toast message along with a Connected badge will be displayed.
