Introduction to Reports

Overview
Reports is a single entry point for live dashboards covering your organization's spend, savings, vendors, contracts, and procurement activity. It replaces going hub-by-hub to find data — everything reporting-related in Spendflo starts here, under Reports in the main navigation.
Your dashboards
Every user gets ten out-of-the-box dashboards, pre-populated with a relevant set of reports so there's something useful to see immediately: Home, Vendor, Requests, Contracts, Renewals, Purchase Order, Account Payable, Savings, License, and Users.

The Reports sidebar — the ten built-in dashboards, plus any you create under My Dashboards.
Home is the default landing dashboard and can't be deleted.
The other nine can be deleted if you don't need them — their reports aren't lost and can be re-pinned to another dashboard anytime.
You can create additional dashboards of your own (they show up under My Dashboards), with no limit on how many dashboards or how many reports you pin to each.
Filtering
A new dashboard starts with no filters at all. Click + Add filter to add cross-cutting filters — typically Date, Department, Contract Year, or Entity, depending on the dashboard. Only dimensions that at least one pinned report actually supports are offered. A filter you add only applies to the widgets whose report declares that dimension; everything else on the dashboard is left unchanged and marked as not applicable, so nothing gets silently mis-filtered.
Reports by dashboard
For a full breakdown of every report on a given dashboard — what each one measures and how to interpret it — see that dashboard's own article. This list grows as each dashboard is documented:
