What is Awarded to Spendflo (Actual) [ATS]?
Last updated: June 26, 2026
When managing contracts via Spendflo, understanding two critical values is essential: "Fulfilled by Spendflo" and "In Spendflo Pipeline." These metrics provide valuable insights into your completed contracts, potential future revenue, and overall financial performance.
Awarded to Spendflo (Actual): This represents the total contract value entrusted to Spendflo, encompassing both completed contracts ("Fulfilled by Spendflo") and contracts currently in the pipeline ("In Spendflo Pipeline"). It essentially reflects the sum of these two values:
Awarded to Spendflo = Fulfilled by Spendflo + In Spendflo Pipeline
Calculating "Fulfilled by Spendflo" and "In Spendflo Pipeline" Costs
These values are crucial for understanding the financial performance and pipeline of contracts managed through Spendflo.
Fulfilled by Spendflo:
Computed as the sum of contract value for all SaaS contracts procured by Spendflo
Long-term contracts:
- Select contracts where the product start date falls within the Spendflo contract start and end date.
- Ensure the contract is marked Spendflo Procured = TRUE
- Cost: Sum the total cost of all long-term contracts meeting the above criteria.
For eg. Let's assume you have contract with Spendflo from October 01, 2023 - October 01, 2024.
Based on the above criteria, the Long Term contracts Fulfilled by Spendflo for you are highlighted below.

Total Long Term contract Fulfilled by Spendflo = $91,000 + $170,886 + $3,267+ $30,800 + $35,292 = $3,31,245
Monthly contracts:
- CalculatedLastdate: Determine the end date for each monthly contract. If a cancellation date is provided by you, use the earlier of that date or your Spendflo contract end date. If no cancellation date is available, use your Spendflo contract end date.
- Active months: Calculate the number of months the contract was active by subtracting the monthly contract start date from the CalculatedLastdate.
- Verify that the contract is marked as Spendflo Procured within the Spendflo Platform.
- Cost: Multiply the monthly contract cost by the number of active months for each contract.
- Sum: Add up the cost from all monthly contracts.

For eg. Refer to above table. Since there is no Cancellation date specified, the Calculated Last Date will be October 01, 2024 for Customer X
Active Months calculation :-
Asana = October 01, 2024 - April 24, 2023 = 18 months
Travis = October 01, 2024 - Mar 24, 2023 = 19 months
Bamboo HR LLC = October 01, 2024 - May 26, 2022 = 29 months
However, none of these products are Spendflo Procured. Hence, Monthly Contract cost = $0
Total Fulfilled by Spendflo: Combine the cost from both long-term and monthly contracts to get the final value.
For Customer X, Fulfilled by Spendflo = $3,31,245 +$0 = $3,31,245
In Spendflo Pipeline:-
This represents the potential cost of contracts currently in the Spendflo pipeline, including long-term and monthly contracts.
Long-term contracts:
- Select contracts where "InSpendfloPipeline" is marked as "TRUE".
- Ensure the product start date is before the Spendflo contract end date and the product end date falls within the Spendflo contract period.
- Exclude any contracts marked as "EXPIRED".
- Sum the total cost of all long-term contracts meeting the above criteria
For eg. For Customer X [Oct 01, 2023 - Oct 01, 2024],
The items matching the criteria are Serverless Heroe Inc. & Okta;
Total Cost of Long Term Contracts [Spendflo Pipeline] = $1,785 + $28,967= $30,752
Monthly contracts:
- CalculatedLastdate: Determine the end date for each monthly contract. If a cancellation date is provided by you, use the earlier of that date or your Spendflo contract end date. If no cancellation date is available, use your Spendflo contract end date.
- Active months: Calculate the total duration the contract was active by subtracting the contract start date from the CalculatedLastdate.
- Net Months: Determine the number of months remaining in the contract by subtracting the minimum of the current date and cancellation date (if available) from the contract start date.
- Select contracts where "InSpendfloPipeline" is "TRUE" and "Spendflo Procured" is "FALSE" (i.e., not directly procured by Spendflo).
- Pipeline Months: Calculate the number of months remaining in the pipeline by subtracting Net Months from Active months.
- Cost: Multiply the monthly contract cost by the Pipeline Months for each contract.
- Sum: Add up the InPipelineCost from all monthly contracts.
For eg. Refer to the table below to view Customer X's monthly contracts.

Highlighted are the contracts which are In Spendflo Pipeline.
Since there is no Cancellation date specified, the Calculated Last Date will be October 01, 2024
Active months for each of the vendors in the table = October 01, 2024 - May 01, 2023 = 7 months
Net months = May 01, 2023 - [ Min. (Today's date = Feb 01, 2024, October 01, 2024)] =9 months
Pipeline months = 9 months - 7 months = 2 months
Calculation of cost:-
| Vendor | Cost * Pipeline Months | Total In Spendflo Pipeline |
| CloudFloor DNS | $73 *2 | $146 |
| Zight | $149 *2 | $298 |
| Atlassian | $3,275 *2 | $6550 |
| Total Monthly Contracts In Spendflo Pipeline = | $ 6994 | |
Total In Spendflo Pipeline: Combine the cost from both long-term and monthly contracts to get the final value.
For Customer X, Total In Spendflo Pipeline = $30,752 + $6,994 = $ 37,746
Total ATS for Customer X = Fulfilled by Spendflo + Spendflo Pipeline = $331, 245 +$37,746 = $368,991
