About quick actions - publish, duplicate, pause, archive

Overview

Within Spendflo’s workflow listing module, admins can view all the workflows with their details and statuses, along with a shortcut — quick actions. The workflow view table's Actions or Quick Actions column is easily accessible. Admins can leverage this to perform tasks or modifications with a single click.

Spendflo provides the following shortcut quick actions for admins -

Action	Description
Publish	The admins can leverage the publish action within the workflow listing view to activate a workflow after it has been created.
Duplicate	Admins can use the duplicate action within the workflow listing view to duplicate or clone an existing or Archived workflow and reuse it.
Pause	The admins can leverage the pause action to halt a workflow's progress for a temporary change within the workflow listing view.
Archive	The admins can leverage the archive action within the workflow listing view to move a completed or discontinued workflow to a storage state where it is no longer active.
