About quick actions - publish, duplicate, pause, archive

Overview
Within Spendflo’s workflow listing module, admins can view all the workflows with their details and statuses, along with a shortcut — quick actions. The workflow view table's Actions or Quick Actions column is easily accessible. Admins can leverage this to perform tasks or modifications with a single click.
Spendflo provides the following shortcut quick actions for admins -
Action | Description |
Publish | The admins can leverage the publish action within the workflow listing view to activate a workflow after it has been created. |
Duplicate | Admins can use the duplicate action within the workflow listing view to duplicate or clone an existing or Archived workflow and reuse it. |
Pause | The admins can leverage the pause action to halt a workflow's progress for a temporary change within the workflow listing view. |
Archive | The admins can leverage the archive action within the workflow listing view to move a completed or discontinued workflow to a storage state where it is no longer active. |
