CSV import & export actions on agreements

Overview

Spendflo lets you bring contract data into the platform in bulk, or take it back out, using CSV files. This article covers both directions.

Importing contracts via CSV

Contract import now runs as a guided, AI-assisted wizard. From the Contracts page, click + New and choose CSV under “Upload using”. The wizard walks you through uploading your file, reviewing an AI-generated column mapping, validating your data, and confirming the import as a background job you can track from Import History.

Exporting agreements via CSV

From the vendor listing page, click “Export CSV” from the right side of the vendor table. This one-click action exports the current agreements listing as a CSV file.
