Logging in to the Spendflo App

Overview

Signing up for the Spendflo app marks the initial stride toward optimizing your SaaS stack and automating your procurement processes. It is quick and easy to set up Spendflo — just follow the steps below to kickstart your journey towards savings.

During sign-up, you can expect an email invite to access the Spendflo App within two days after signing the contract with Spendflo.

  1. Start by accessing the Spendflo App at app.spendflo.com.
  2. You have two options for signing up: sign up with Google or Microsoft using Single Sign-On (SSO), or provide your email and create a password.
  3. After signing up, you'll be prompted to provide your department and designation — this helps organize your user profile within the app.

Enabling 2FA

To enhance the security of your Spendflo App account, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA):

  1. Go to Settings → Users and Roles.
  2. Locate the user you want to enable 2FA for and click their row to open the detail panel, then click Edit.
  3. Under Security, choose one of:
    • Don't Force — MFA is allowed but not enforced.
    • Force — all users will be required to enable MFA.
    • Force except for enterprise SSO — non-enterprise SSO users will be required to enable MFA.
