Reference: what data your agent can access

Overview

When you type @ in an agent's instructions and choose Entity, you're referencing live Spendflo platform data. This article lists what's available. For how the picker itself works, see Writing agent instructions: @ mentions and formatting.

Note: An agent can only reference entities you've enabled for it under Domain on its Build tab. This reference list is the full catalog — what any given agent can actually see is whatever subset you've turned on.

• Bill Payments
• Licenses
• Requests
• Teams
• Users

Not currently available

• Organizations — and organization settings
• Vendor assessments — assessments and questionnaires
• Transactions
• Custom fields

Spend Analytics and other derived/aggregated data are also not available as @ entity references.
